Let them join this workshop and learn to make their own ice cream. They will definitely have lots of fun making and watching the ice cream forming before them. They will get to decorate their ice cream with different toppings and of course, get to eat what they made.
This workshop is for kids 6 years & above.

Bread Making Workshop

Learn to make different patterns for the following
bread & buns:

2) Chicken Floss Bun
3) Raisin Cinnamon Bread
4) Coconut Bread
5) Red Bean Bun
6) Curry potato Tuna Donut
This is a hands-on workshop, bring along your apron & containers to bring back what you have made.

Mooncake Making For Children

Let your children have fun making their own snowskin mooncakes this mid-autumn festival.
They will make a variety of mooncakes with different flavours such as chocolate chips, coffee paste, yam paste, blueberry paste, etc.
This is a hands-on workshop, if you wish you can let them bring along an apron. Plastic containers will be given to bring back the mooncakes that they have made.
For children 5 years & above.

Mooncake Making For Adults

Learn to make the following mooncakes this mid-autumn festival.
1) Char Siew Filling Flaky Mooncake
2) Cake Filling Snowskin Mooncake
3) Ice Cream Mooncake (Demo)
This is a hands-on workshop, bring along your apron & containers to bring back the mooncakes you made.

Bead Jewellery Making Classes

Learn to make your own wireworks necklace using swarovski crystal stones & pearl .After the session, you can use the techniques learnt to create bracelet & earrings.
Please bring along a wire cutter, round nose pliers & flat nose pliers or you con buy from instructor for $15/set.
