Ms Koh Bee Yen is a BA graduate from the National University of Singapore.She holds a Cake Decorating, fondant, tiered cake Cert from Wilton Enterprises, Higher Certificate in Pastry and Bakery from WDA. Her strong interest in craft led her to take up teaching in beading, jewellery, lantern making, and baking for adults and children. A PA trainer since 2002, she has also taught in Ministry of Manpower, SCDF and among others. Bee Yen has been featured on Suria TV on lantern and mooncake making. She continues to upgrade herself by reading widely, doing extensive research and soughting professional advice.
