- Ms Koh Bee Yen is a BA graduate from the National University of Singapore.She holds a Cake Decorating, fondant, tiered cake Cert from Wilton Enterprises, Higher Certificate in Pastry and Bakery from WDA. Her strong interest in craft led her to take up teaching in beading, jewellery, lantern making, and baking for adults and children. A PA trainer since 2002, she has also taught in Ministry of Manpower, SCDF and among others. Bee Yen has been featured on Suria TV on lantern and mooncake making. She continues to upgrade herself by reading widely, doing extensive research and soughting professional advice. She has worked with : Ang Mo Kio Primary School, Anglo Chinese School (Independent), Bedok View Secondary School, Haig Girls School, Kong Hwa School, Nanyang Primary School, Ngee Ann Primary School, Ngee Ann Secondary School, Springfield Secondary School, Tao Nan School, Government sectors: Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Ministry of Home Affairs (Prisons Department), Community Clubs, National Library Board, Automobile Association of Singapore (AAS), Volunteer Action for Social Service (VASS), Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan.
