Baking Class: Puff Pastry Making




This is a hands-on workshop, You will do your own puff pastry from scratch.

Bring along your apron & containers to bring back what you have made.
1) Apple Strudel
2)Chicken Pie
3) Portuguese Egg Tart
4) Curry Potato & Tuna Puff

Baking Class: Bread Making




Learn to make the following bread and buns :
1)   Chocolate Bread (using bread machine)
2)   Char Siew  Bo Luo Bun (Hands-On)
3)    Garlic Bun (Hands-On)
4)    Mini Chicken Burger (Hands-On)
5)   Thin Crust Pizza with choice of chicken,  hotdog, pineapple, mushroom & bell pepper (Hands-On)
This is a hands-on session except for the chocolate bread
Olive oil will be used to make the bread dough .

Bring along your apron & containers to bring back what you have made.

Baking Class : Cupcake making and decoration




Learn to make the following
1)Chocolate Butter Cupcake with Fondant Decoration
You will learn how to make chocolate butter cupcake and used ready-to-roll fondant to decorate the cupcake. (2pcs)
2) Vanilla Sponge Cupcake with Butter Cream and Chocolate Decoration
You will learn how to make vanilla sponge cupcake , frost the cake and wrap it with self-created chocolate designs.(3pcs)
Learn different piping techniques
Let your creativity flow in this workshop.
You will bring back 5 cupcake about 2 ½ “ in diameter
